When Children See What Adults Cannot

Full Synopsis

There is something uniquely disturbing about paranormal experiences seen through a child's eyes. Children don't rationalize. They don't explain away. They lack the adult reflex that files the impossible under "tired," "imagining things," or "an old house settling." They simply see what they see — and they describe it with a plainness that no adult witness can match. This file collects those descriptions. The friend at the foot of the bed that no one else could find. The tall neighbor who only visited at night, remembered decades later in identical detail by siblings who never compared notes. The drawings, made at age five, of things a five-year-old should have no way of knowing. Many of these witnesses are adults now. Their careers are ordinary; their memories are not. Interviewed years apart, they repeat their childhood accounts with a consistency that unsettles even the interviewers — because a story invented by a child should erode over time. These didn't. And in the most troubling cases collected here, what a child once saw did not stay in childhood. It followed.

Great short stories of crazy true paranormal events. I've experienced similar things so I'm always interested in reading about these.
