1. What is collected

Newsletter: your email address, if you subscribe to The Watch. It is stored with our email provider, MailerLite, and used only to send the Transmissions — release announcements and dispatches from the archive.

Incident reports: the text of your account, plus a codename and contact channel if you choose to provide them. Both fields are optional; anonymous submissions are accepted. Reports are used as described in the Submission Terms.

Analytics: anonymous, cookie-free page statistics via Vercel Analytics (page views, country-level region, device type). No advertising trackers, no cross-site tracking, no sale of data — to anyone, ever.

2. Who processes it

MailerLite (newsletter delivery) and Vercel (site hosting and anonymous analytics). Purchases happen on Amazon, under Amazon's own privacy policy — this site never sees your payment or order information.

3. Removal

Every newsletter email contains an unsubscribe link; unsubscribing removes you from the list. To have your email or a submitted report deleted entirely, write to archive@deniholloway.com and it will be done.
